Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw to: Fernando Brito da Silva — soutien@lecoeurrevient.online. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Note on digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may lapse early if you expressly consent to the start of performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Regardless of this, we grant you the voluntary satisfaction guarantee described below.

Refund & satisfaction guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. How to proceed:

• 1. Send your request: within 14 days of purchase, email soutien@lecoeurrevient.online with the subject "Refund".
• 2. Provide details: the email address used for the order and the purchase date, so we can locate your order.
• 3. Processing: we confirm receipt and initiate the refund.
• 4. Refund: to the same payment method you used. Depending on the provider, the credit may take a few business days.
