Terms and conditions for purchasing and using the online course The Art of Closeness.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts for the purchase of the digital online course "The Art of Closeness" (the "Course") between the provider and the customer (the "Customer"). The Course is aimed at consumers.

2. Provider

Fernando Brito da Silva, Rua das Poncianas 194, Jardim São Pedro, Americana – SP, Brazil. Email: soutien@lecoeurrevient.online. Full details in the Legal Notice.

3. Subject & description

The subject of the contract is the provision of a digital, educational and personal-development course for couples, on building genuine emotional closeness through understanding, honest conversation and small gestures of connection. The Course ("The Art of Closeness", available in two packages, Basic (19.90 EUR) and Complete (29.90 EUR)) includes full access to the online course with all six modules, plus supporting material in the Complete package (practice workbook, conversation cards and guided audio exercises).

Important note: the Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute and does not replace psychological, medical or therapeutic advice. No specific results are guaranteed; experiences may vary.

4. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the Course on the website is a binding offer. By completing the order and confirming payment, the Customer accepts the offer; the contract is formed at that point. The Customer then receives a confirmation by email.

5. Prices & payment

The prices shown on the website at the time of ordering apply. All prices are final. This is a one-time payment; there is no subscription and no recurring charges. Payment is processed by the external provider Mundpay.

6. Delivery & access

Access to the Course is granted automatically after payment is confirmed. Access details are sent by email to the address provided (please also check your spam folder). The Course is available online on common devices (phone, tablet, computer) with an internet connection.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Full information and our voluntary satisfaction guarantee can be found in our Refund Policy.

8. Rights of use

With the purchase, the Customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the Course content for personal, private purposes. The content is protected by copyright. Access details may not be shared with third parties, and the content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the provider's written consent.

9. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. The content is provided for educational purposes; you are responsible for decisions you make based on it. For psychological distress, please consult a qualified professional.

10. Availability

We strive for high availability of the Course. There is no claim to uninterrupted availability; short interruptions, e.g. for maintenance or technical issues, cannot be entirely ruled out.

11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The mandatory consumer-protection rules of the state in which the Customer has their habitual residence apply.
